Operating principle
Engine hydraulic oil filter is to intercept impurities and pollutants in the oil through filter paper to maintain the cleanliness of the oil.
When the engine is working, hydraulic oil will circulate in the system. During this process, oil will carry some impurities and pollutants, such as metal shavings, dust, sediment, etc. The function of the filter element is to prevent these impurities from entering the key components of the engine and prevent them from causing damage to the engine.
The filter element is usually installed in the hydraulic oil circuit, and when the oil flows through the filter element, impurities are intercepted by the filtering medium of the filter element. Over time, the filter element will gradually become clogged, causing an increase in the resistance of oil to pass through the filter element. When the filter element is blocked to a certain extent, it needs to be replaced to ensure the normal smoothness of the oil circuit.
